Question

Is anyone aware why the income in the P&L does not match the income on the GST report? There have been no recoded transactions from prior BAS's.

Hi ksh2, 

 

If you would like to remove a specific leave allowance from an employee the best way to do this would be to stop the accrual of the Well Being Leave. 

 

To start, please check if your employee has -No Leave Allowance Template- used under leave allowances.

 

This can be checked by:

  1. Select the Employee, this will take you to their Employee Details
  2. Select the Leave Allowances on the right hand side
  3. At the top of the screen you will see the banner Apply the following Leave Allowances Template
  4. Select from the drop down -No Leave Allowance Template-

This will unlock all of the leave categories under the employee, which when you scroll down to your Well Being Leave, and in the units apply zero so that the accrual stops, follow that by selecting the blue tick for Can Apply For Leave to a red cross. Both these steps will make sure that:

  • The leave will no longer accrue under the specific employee.
  • The leave is also crossed so it is not a leave category available to apply for. 

If the employee has an existing leave balance for Well Being Leave that you would like to zero out, this would involve doing a Leave Adjustment. If needed I would encourage to click here to view the steps.
