Can you import a budget into QB online plus?

Hi, marthinus.

 

Importing Budgets is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online Plus. You might want to look for a third-party application that offers this kind of functionality.

Hi Rosemarjorie

 

The following step is not possible as there is no option that says" IMPORT BUDGET"

 

"Step 3: Download a budget template:

 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Budgeting.
  2. Select Import budget.
  3. Select This template to download the .csv template. Save it somewhere you can easily find it, like your Downloads folder or desktop."

Hi @MarthinusG,

 

I'll take care of your concern about importing budgets in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus.

 

At this time, there isn't an option to upload a budget into QBO. Once you get to the Budgeting page, you'll have to enter your data by hand.

 

I can see how this feature you mentioned can be helpful not just for you, but for all other users using budgets. With that said, we've taken note of this.
