We will need to download your quarterly records and receipts separately because QuickBooks doesn't include receipt images when exporting files.

To export your quarterly records:

  1. Go to the Gear icon in the upper right, then choose Import data under the TOOLS section.
  2. On the Reports tab, use the Pre-selected date ranges dropdown to choose your desired range.
  3. Toggle the switches to select specific reports.
  4. Click Export to Excel to download your records.

To export receipts:

  1. Navigate to the Transactions tab on the left panel and select Receipts.
  2. Use the Filter option to set your date range, then click Apply.
  3. Click the Export icon (located under New Receipt) to download your receipt files.
