I am struggling to connect my Standard Bank account. I also cannot import the .csv file even after following all instructions. Please help?

If you get an error code or prompt when trying to connect your account, you can search for it in the Community to find the article with steps to resolve it or comment below and we'll help you with it. You can also contact your bank to check if they have maintenance on their online banking service.

 

Regarding importing transactions using a CSV file, please provide details on which part you are having challenges. You can try to import transactions in batches if you have many of them. See about common errors when importing transactions using CSV as well.
