Can fixed asset balances be imported from excel into QB online?

I'll share information about importing balances in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Currently, the option to import asset balances into your company file is unavailable. The only transactions that are available for import are the following:

• Chart of Accounts
• Bank Data
• Products and Services
• Customers
• Invoices
• Bills
• Suppliers
  

Moreover, you'll want to consider importing this by using a third-party application that enables you to bring in the balances to your QuickBooks. Since we're unable to suggest a specific application, I recommend checking out our App Store for available options.

Here’s how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter a brief description of your product suggestion.
4. Click Next to submit feedback.
