You can manually import those old transactions by downloading a transaction file in .qbo or .csv format from your bank's website.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to All apps, then Accounting, and select Bank transactions.
  2. Select the Link account dropdown and choose Upload from file.
  3. Click Upload from this device, then select the file you downloaded from your bank.
  4. Pick an account in the Select account dropdown. Then, click Continue.
  5. Match the columns in the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks and hit Continue.
  6. Choose the transactions you want to import and hit Continue.
  7. Select Yes, then select Done.

If any older transactions overlap with PNC's synced transactions, you may encounter duplicates. Therefore, please review them carefully before categorizing.
