Importing transactions from a CSV file is an easy-peasy step in QuickBooks, @markeiangroupcor. I'll be glad to guide you through the process.
First, download the transactions from your bank using the two supported file formats in a CSV file. These are the 3 and 4-column formats. Keep in mind that the maximum file size is 350 KB. If the file is too big, shorten the date range and download transactions in smaller batches. Make sure to check if it's in the correct format to avoid errors when importing.
Now that you've imported it, you can categorise and match the transactions in the system. Just go to the For Review tab to complete this task. It helps ensure your financial records are accurate.
After that, I recommend reconciling your account in QBO to match your bank statement.
I'm here anytime you have follow-up questions or other concerns. Enjoy the rest of your day, @markeiangroupcor.
