Let's start by exporting your old data to Excel and saving it on your computer. Then, you can import it into your new QuickBooks account to transfer your files. Here's how to do it:
Navigate to the Gear icon.
Under the Tools column, select Export Data.
In the Report tab, filter the date range and choose the report you want to export, then click Export to Excel.
Go to the Lists tab and turn on the Customers, Employees and Suppliers, then click Export to Excel.
