Question

I cant get my QB on my mobile to connect to my bank, it goes through the process it says success, goes through the verification again and says I am connected elsewhere,

Can you tell us what bank are you trying to connect to QuickBooks and the error code you're encountering? This is to check if there's an ongoing issue with it and verify what exact error you're having. 

Then, let's try to check if the bank is successfully connected if you're going to log in using a web browser. Here's the login page for QuickBooks Onlinehttps://qbo.intuit.com/login. This is to isolate if you're only having this error from the mobile app.
