I would like to move all my previous entries or invoices, expenses, product lists to a new account?

Yes, it's possible to move your data by exporting it from your current account and importing it into the new one. However, QuickBooks Online doesn't have a direct tool to transfer or restore an entire company file between accounts. While you can easily export reports and lists, importing into a new account is limited to specific data types.

Because of this limitation, a manual export and import won't move everything automatically. If you need to import historical transactions, it can be quite challenging. While you can import invoices using a precisely formatted CSV file, importing past expenses or historical bank transactions manually can be quite tiresome.

To simplify the process, consider exploring third-party applications that handle data conversion between QuickBooks accounts. You can find these by visiting the app marketplace and searching for keywords like "migration," "restore," or "backup."
