Want to know if QB has the ability to import complete accounting data from excel files so there is no need for any manual entries except for may accruals/prepyts etc.

You can only import lists from Excel into QuickBooks Online (QBO) for bank data, customers, suppliers, Chart of Accounts and products and services. For importing transactions, you'll need to manually enter them into your Online account.
