When I click the payroll report under time reports, it is showing a blank white screen. I cannot see any report?

Restricted permissions are usually the reason a payroll report appears blank. As a first step, I suggest reaching out to your administrator again to confirm you have the standard all-access role needed for this report.

Once your access is confirmed and the issue persists, a browser conflict or stored cache may be interfering. Try logging in using an incognito or private window to bypass your browser's stored data.
 
If the report loads correctly in private mode, return to your regular browser and clear its cache, or try using an alternative browser.
