If you're experiencing problems downloading files from QuickBooks, try pressing Ctrl + J in your web browser. Afterwards, you can attempt downloading the file again. In the event nothing different happens, you can try changing your default location of the downloaded files.
I'd also recommend making sure your report has a proper date range specified before initiating a download, or emailing it. If the date range entered doesn’t contain any data, a report wouldn’t have anything to show for that range.
