I'll make sure you're QuickBooks Online data is converted to the desktop version, please follow the steps below.

 

To get started, let's review the export limitation process for your guidance. Once done, please use the Internet Explorer browser when exporting data to desktop:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account. 
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Select Export Data. 
  4. Click on Learn more in the Moving to QuickBooks Desktop?
  5. Follow the instruction to export.

I am having difficulty getting my file to convert. I downloaded the migration tool but keep stalling at this point. 

 

I have attempted to download another file but still the same result. Can anyone provide some insight?

If the data file has more than 350,000 targets, the file will need to be SuperCondensed
first. It can then be converted to QBO.

under the under the 14,500 name limit for Pro/Premier, helps you upgrade to new
