How do i convert from quickbooks online to 2020 quickbooks desktop for mac

Converting data from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop MAC 2020 needs to transfer the file first from QBO to the QBDT window. Then, proceed converting the file from the QBDT window to QBDT MAC 2020. 

Before doing so, make sure you've checked this article to learn what data can and cannot be converted to the Desktop version. That said, there isn't a way to move the file from QBO directly to QBDT MAC 2020.

Once reading the article, you can follow these steps to export your QBO file.

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Export Data under Tools.
3. Select Learn more under Moving to QuickBooks Desktop?.
4. Click Learn more under Download company data.
5. To proceed, follow the onscreen instructions.
