How do I print from Quickbooks Self employed?

Hello, GaryKS. 

 

In QuickBooks Self-Employed, you can get transaction data in a few various methods. You can run financial reports by navigating to the Reports menu. Or you can export them into a CSV file if you want a complete list of all your transactions. 

 

Run financial reports:
 

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Find the report you want to download.
  3. Select the time period or tax year from the drop-down.
  4. Click View or Download.
  5. Choose the arrow icon ▼, then the Print or Download.
     

Download your transactions: 

 

  1. Go to the Transactions menu.
  2. Use the TypeAccount, and Time period ▼ drop-down to sort the transactions.
  3. Click the Download icon. 

 

Once done, open the Excel file, and from there, go to the File menu and select Print
