How do I upgrade from QB 2018 to 2021

I have here the complete steps on how to upgrade your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). This way, you can manage and track your data in the latest release. 

Before going ahead with the upgrade, you'll first have to create a backup or your file. Then, make sure your computer meets the system requirements. This ensures that the software is compatible with your new computer to get the best experience in using QuickBooks.

Once confirmed, you can now upgrade your account by following the steps outlined below. 

1. Go to the Help menu, then choose Upgrade to the latest QuickBooks.
2. Click Upgrade now and choose the version in the field. 
3. Tap Upgrade now again, then mark the Keep old version on my computer if you're planning to use the current version installed on your system. 
4. Pick Let's Go. 
5. Open QuickBooks once the upgrade is finished.
