How do i use the mobile app without it crashing?

To begin, I recommend clearing the app's data. This refreshes the program and addresses some of the common issues.

Here's how:

1. Go to Help at the top menu bar.
2. Choose Reset App Data.

If you continue to get the same result, uninstall and reinstall the application to start in a clean slate. I'll guide you through the process.

To remove:

1. Drag the QuickBooks app from the Applications folder to the Trash icon.
2. Go to Finder, then choose Empty Trash.

To install:

1. In your browser, enter this link: http://quickbooks.intuit.com/apps/.
2. Scroll down to Get the QuickBooks Mac or Windows App section, click on Free Download.
3. Click Download Now.
4. Select the QuickBooks.dmg file in the downloads section.
5. Drag QuickBooks to the Applications folder.
6. Launch the QuickBooks App.
