How to get my license and product number if I lost the box?

My computer crashed and I have to reinstall my program and I have lost the box with the license number and product number. If its registered will QuickBooks give it to me?

Finding your License or Download QuickBooks Desktop:

Product and Service section of CAMP's shows all registered Desktop apps and subscriptions. Here is where you can find license info or download any versions of QuickBooks Desktop, you see.

Sign in to camps.intuit.com or learn more about signing in.
Search your app or subscription in the Product and Services list.
Select Details.

Choosing a product or subscription lets you see more info about it, including:

License and product number
User limit
Payroll service key, EIN, subscription number, and other payroll subscription details
Product edition and version info
What's included in your Care plan

Download products you see here or cancel your subscription.

You can get help if you can't find your app or subscription make sure you're signed in with the email you used to register this version of QuickBooks Desktop.

I LOST THE LICENSE AND PRODUCT NUMBER AND NOW I AM LOCKED OUT OF MY PROGRAM IT IS ASKING ME TO REGISTER. I CALLED AND THEY SAID IT WASNT REGISTERED AND COSTOMER SERVICE CAN'T HELP. ALL MY FILES ARE LOCKED UP

To help locate your license or product number, you can go to this link: https://emaillicense.quickbooks.com/app/qbdt/licensenumber. Then, you can either choose via business email or business phone.

Once done, click the Find license and product number button. Aside from that, you can also access or view your license by signing in to CAMPS as mentioned by my colleague Sarah Bl.

Thanks for joining us here today, @Barker.

I'll share the steps on how you can view your product number. Let's go to your QuickBooks file to see it.

Open QuickBooks.
On your keyboard, press F2.
This will bring up your Product Information screen.

You can also go to Company, and then select My Company.

Thank you, I did find my license and product number, however, during install, it is telling me it's not valid, but I have it correct off the intuit site.

Which QB Desktop year version?

Can you login to your CAMPS as the Primary Contact? You can find your license code there.
