I upgraded my QB Desktop 2019 to Desktop 2024 but I cannot find the license or product number

How you find your QuickBooks Desktop license and product numbers depends on how you purchased it, @jg1947.

If you’re using QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premier, or Enterprise, here’s a quick way to check:

1. Open QuickBooks Desktop.
2. Press the F2 key on your keyboard.
3. You’ll see a Product Information window showing your product name, product number, and license number.
4. The release version will be listed right at the end of the product name.

If you bought QuickBooks Desktop digitally from our website, your product info is in the original purchase confirmation email. If you got it from a retail store, check the label on the original packaging next to the UPC code.

Also, if you registered your product, you can always log into your account management portal (CAMPS) online to find your product and license numbers.
