My acct for QuickBooks is [removed]209, and I was charged 385.00 on 12/19, the info is Specialized EART SALE, I called the bank as I am unaware to what this is and the corresponding info with it is you. Could you please look into what this charge is for? I have tried to call and get directed to the website, and then when I go to the website and do those instructions and get directed to call. This has been a 3 day work in progress.

To ensure that the charges are coming from QuickBooks, I recommend contacting your bank again. Please know that all charges from Intuit will have either "Intuit" or "QuickBooks" on the description of your bank statement.
If it's surely QuickBooks charges, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Service Support team. This way, they can check on your account in a secure environment and review the charges.
