We'll have to cancel the second or incorrect account since you already have an active one. This is to make sure that you won't be billed twice again. You can follow these steps:
Go to the Gear icon.
Select Billing Info.
Click Cancel subscription.
Also, you'll want to reach out to our Customer Support Team so they can further check this. They'll be the ones to process a refund, if applicable.
