QB 2023 Accountant Does Not Display Outlook as an Option in Send Form Screen in Preferences

I use 2023 QB Accountant desktop as my time a billing program, nothing else.  It worked to email my invoices until today.  Now I am getting a screen that says to email invoices, etc. I need to set up the type of email account I have.  QB supports Outlook, etc.

Outlook appears as an option to send email in every other QB version, just not in the 2023 version.

I went through all of the support suggestions.  I repaired Outlook, I clean installed QB 2023.  I ran the rest of the supposed fixes.  No joy.

I use Outlook 365, 32 bit.  I have used this Outlook for several years and it worked.  Now Outlook has been ghosted by QB 2023.

Any solutions that will allow QB 2023 desktop to use Outlook as its email client?  

Please don’t tell me to use Outlook 365 64 bit.  My DMS requires the 32 bit version.  And the 32 bit version worked until today.

Did Intuit screw something up again?  Or is it me or my set up?
