QB Desktop 2021 second file randomly starts

Any suggestion as to why a second QB Desk 2021 randomly opens while I am working in only ONE company? I am not even touching the QB icon to start a second file.

 

What does this mean as I try to post my question:

Correct the highlighted errors and try again.
