Question

QB Desktop 2022 consistently kept crashing

Did QB ever fix this problem? Even after reaching out to their customer service, doing all the fix they instructed my to do, it still kept on crashing. Whatever I used to work on a task for 5 minutes before, it takes me over 30 minutes hoping QB doesn't stop working.

I appreciate you coming to the Community with your question about QuickBooks Desktop crashing. 

 

At this time, there's an on-going investigation about QBDT crashing. This means that you and other users are having the same crashing issue. 

 

With that being said, I recommend contacting our support team again to get added to a list of affected users. From there, you'll receive updates about the problem via email. 

 

Our Product Engineers are working hard to resolve this as soon as possible.
