Is it possible to run QB Enterprise Desktop in a non-persistent Citrix VDI environment, without users having to re-register each time they sign in to their desktop? Many thanks.

Yes, running QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) in a VDI environment is possible, senmar24. However, I'd recommend consulting your IT specialist to explore options for users to access the system without registering each time they sign in.

Moreover, QBDT software and data is stored on an enterprise-level web server at a secure facility. If you wish to gather more details about this, please feel free to check out this article: Host your company data in multi-user mode in QuickBooks Desktop.

We'll be glad to have you back in the Community if you need further assistance utilizing QBDT in managing your business's growth and transactions. Just click the Reply button, and we'll be ready to help you.
