The best way to get QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) 2024 installed on your new laptop is to use the CAMPS portal to find the download link and your current license information, then install it on the new computer, krisinky.

To begin with, if you don't see the 2024 version listed in your account, it's likely tied to a different email address than the one you're currently using to sign in. This can happen if you purchased or activated it under a separate Intuit account. To fix this, you need to link all your QuickBooks products under one login.

Here's how:

1. Sign out of CAMPs, then go to camps.intuit.com again.
2. Instead of signing in, select Claim Account. This will let you connect accounts that have different emails.

Once you claim your accounts, you should be able to see all your registered products, including the QBDT 2024 version.

Here's how to download your QuickBooks Desktop 2024 to your new laptop:

1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com.
2. Find your QuickBooks Desktop 2024 in the Products & Services list.
3. Select Details, then Download.
4. Install QuickBooks Desktop.
