Want to upgrade to online from desktop

I am attempting to switch from QB desktop to QB online.  Too many items are no long supported.

When I select the version/subscription, it asks me to select which company I want to use.  When I select my company I get an error message that says, "You can't add QuickBooks Online Essentials to ***My Company Name*** with your existing subscription. Try another company or contact customer support for help.

I am currently using desktop on a remote device and am subscribed to QB Online Payments. Must I cancel my subscription to QBOP?

Open your company file on QB Desktop and hit CTRL+1 keys. How big is your Total Target? > 350K,or >750K?
