When will the app start working on Iphone

I need to know when the mobile app will start working on my android? I was locked out of QB self-employed for 2 weeks and when they finally fixed it, they said that my Iphone will not work on self-employed.

The mobile app is free with your subscription, and data syncs automatically across your mobile device. You can access your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account anytime using your mobile device. With that, make sure the device meets the supported mobile operating systems.

 

You can review the information below:

 

iPhones and iPads

  • For Apple products, your device will need to be running iOS 11.1 or newer.

 

Android smartphones and tablets

  • For Android products, your device will need to be running Nougat 7.1.1 or newer.

 

If the mobile device meets the system requirements, we can uninstall and reinstall the app. This helps to sync the latest product updates. 

 

To uninstall:

  1. Hold or long-press the QuickBooks Self-Employed icon. 
  2. Click on the (x) and select yes to uninstall.

To install:

  1. Go to the Play or App store.
  2. Search for the QuickBooks Self-Employed app.
  3. Click on Install.

 

Once done, log in using the same login credentials with your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
