Flat Rate VAT

I'm trying to submit a VAT Return using the Flat Rate VAT Cash Based Turnover scheme but I can see how to amend the report on the file using MTD page.  It is only giving the option of

Hello Hilary Edwards, 

 

When amending your VAT returns that were submitted within QuickBooks Desktop, it requires the assistance of the Technical Support Team. They'll be able to give you the exact steps needed to complete the process.

  1. Click Help at the top menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Select Contact us and then enter that you get Reminder prompts. 
  3. Select Continue. 
  4. Choose either to Message an Agent or Talk to a Specialist. 

Once they can help you review your VAT returns, you'll be able to file the amendment form with their guidance.
