Can the cursor default to the customer name box when creating a new invoice or Quote??

For now, there's no option to make the cursor default to the Customer field when creating sales transactions. You'll need to manually click the drop-down list and select the name of the customer.

I can totally see that being able to default the cursor in a specific field is a great feature once added in QBO. I would recommend sending feedback about this to our product engineers. Customer suggestions are collected and will be reviewed if they can be added in the next set of updates.
