Let's perform browser troubleshooting steps to bypass this error message so we can import invoices successfully, Maheshan.

An accumulated cache in your browser can sometimes affect the system's importing performance. I suggest deleting the cache history so the system can start fresh and pinpoint any possible issues with the webpage.

After that, we can return to the import process. Make sure all column headers in your invoices correspond with the field names in your target system.

Also, we can explore different supported browsers to enhance your experience with QuickBooks Online.

I'm including this article to provide additional information about importing invoices into QuickBooks Online (QBO): Import multiple invoices at once in QuickBooks Online.

I'll provide these resources about personalizing and adding specific information to your sales forms and tracking your invoice payments:

If you need any additional help while managing your invoices in QBO, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Same exact issue. I have even started with a brand new browser install on separate device and separate OS. My credentials are supposed to allow invoices. Now what do I do? Thank you.

Furthermore, It could not possibly be a credentials issue as displaying a 404 error can't find page due to credential access mismatch would never be allowed to persist for years by developers working for a top tier company like QuickBooks. This must be something else.
