You can run the Audit Log report. This report lists all activities within your QuickBooks Online account, including emailed transactions. Let me guide you through the steps:

1.  Go to the Gear icon and select Audit Log.
2. Select the name of the user that sent the email. 
3. Under the Date changed filter, select the date when the transaction was emailed. 

From there, you'll see a list of events. Look under the Event column for a description that says Emailed with a link to the transaction that was emailed.
