Has anybody else ever had this issue:When sending sales invoices and I cc someone, the customer receives, but the person I cc does not?

I know a way how the person you'd CC sees the invoice.

It's possible that the email went directly to their Spam or Junk folder. That said, let them review the said folder.

If it's still not there, you may send another email and manually enter their email address.
