Hi, I can’t seem to locate the receipt snap feature?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @claudia-finrepco. I'm here to ensure that you can locate the receipt snap feature in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.

First off, please ensure that your QBO mobile app is in its latest release. Then, you can simply follow these steps to find the feature:

1. Open your QBO mobile app.
2. Select the Menu ≡ icon.
3. Click the Receipt snap feature.

However, if you're still unable to see the feature, I suggest uninstalling and then reinstalling the mobile app. It allows you to use the app on a clean slate. Please follow the steps below to proceed:

1. Tap and hold the app on your phone.
2. Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
3. Select Yes to confirm.

Once done, visit these links to reinstall the QBO mobile app:

• Android app via Google Play.
• iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch apps are via the iTunes App Store.
