Go to the Reports menu, scroll down and select the Invoice List by Date report.
Click the Download icondrop-down.
Choose Export to Excel from the result.
Next, map the import fields and make sure the spreadsheet’s column headings matches with QuickBooks. See the following article for the steps: Import multiple invoices at once.
Lastly, import the invoices by following the steps below:
Go to Settings ⚙ icon and select Import Data.
Choose Invoices then press the Browse button to locate the file.
Hit Next.
