How do I create a batch of invoices with the same services to multiple customers?

The feature is only available in QB Desktop. You can use an importer tool as a workaround.

I recognize the benefit of having the ability to create batch invoices with the same services for multiple customers in QuickBooks Online.

Currently, the capability to create batch invoices with identical services for multiple customers is unavailable. QuickBooks Online has several invoicing features and customization options, but it is not yet possible to create batch invoices with the same services for multiple customers. 

That said, each invoice must be created individually for each customer, indicating the services or items provided. While this particular feature isn't available yet, I recommend looking for a third-party application that will help you achieve certain tasks for your invoices just like what @4Gal mentioned. You can go to your Apps menu or use this link to look for one: Apps help QuickBooks run better.
