The easiest way to create a statement is by creating a new transaction from the +New button at the upper left of your screen, @mariusgryffenberg.

These are three different types of statements you can send to your customers. Choose one before sending.

  • Balance forward shows invoices, payments, and current balance for a date range.
  • Open item shows unpaid invoices from the last 365 days of a specified date.
  • Transaction statement shows all transactions within a specific date range.

Here's how to create a statement.

  1. Click the +New button.
  2. Choose Statement.
  3. Choose the statement type you want to send.
  4. Select the Start Date and End Date.
  5. Review the customer's email address.
  6. Hit Save and Send.
