How do i rerieve a canceled invoice?

It's nice to see you here in the Community, @accucsolutions. I'll be glad to help you retrieve a canceled or voided invoice in QuickBooks so you can send the transactions to your customer.

You can retrieve a voided invoice by accessing the Audit log. From there, you can recover the details of the invoices and recreate the transactions again.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Audit log. 
   
2. Click the Filter button and select Show only these events, Transactions, and Deleted/Voided transactions.
3. Click Apply. 
4. Locate the deleted invoice and click View under the History column to get all the details.
   

Then, click the + New button and select Invoice. Then, enter all the details and click Save. Check out this article for more details: Use The Audit Log To Re-enter Deleted Transactions.

Once entered, you can record invoice payments or match the invoice with the deposit made by a customer. Or, you'll want to view the status of your sales transactions in QuickBooks. You can go to the Sales menu and select All Sales.
