How do I save and download a sales invoice as a pdf for personal recordkeeping?
I need to download my sales invoices to keep them on a harddrive. Please explain how to do this.

there is no bulk way to do this that I am aware of
bring up the invoice, use the print preview, when the print preview is on screen, put the mouse pointer over the top border and a menu at the top right will show, select download
