How to change the total amount of invoices to appear at the last line of the invoice?

The rate of products and services you've added, and its VAT comprises the total amount of the invoices. To change the sum, you will have to update the invoice details. Here's how:

1. Go to the + New icon and choose Invoice.
2. Edit the Product/Service details.
3. Set the desired VAT rate.

Additionally, you can record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.
