How to send an invoice via WhatsApp?

Sending an invoice via WhatsApp can be done in just a few clicks. I got you covered to accomplish this goal.

Please take these steps below to share an invoice from your computer:

1. Click on the + New button at the top.
2. Choose Invoice, then fill in the necessary information.
3. When you’re ready to send the invoice, select the small arrow icon next to Save and Send.
4. Select Save and Share (WhatsApp) .
5. Enter your customer’s email if there wasn’t one on the invoice already. 
6. Key in the message you’d like your customer to see in WhatsApp.
7. Press on Share and Close. A new tab will open for WhatsApp Web. If you need to sign in, you’ll see on-screen instructions for how to use your mobile device to help you sign in.
8. Select a contact to send the invoice to. 
9. Tap the Send icon to send your message. 

The message will include the invoice link that you made. Once your customer opens the link, they'll be routed on a web page to view the details.

However, if you're using the QuickBooks Online app, you'll just need to click on the three dots at the top right of an invoice and select WhatsApp.
