I have receive a deposit for a job.... Did half the job and the customer is un happy and requested a refund on deposit . How do i handle this through my books

Since you wish to get a refund, I recommend getting in touch with the Customer Care Team. They can pull up your account in a secure session and issued you a refund. You can refer to this link to contact our support team: QuickBooks Online Support.
