Question

I've made a credit note for a bundle invoice. When I add the invoice to credit note, the assembled product didn't show any amount on the credit note. Why?

The total amount of the credit note will only show when applying bundle invoices, Esterna. I'll share insights about this and assist from there.

When you add credit notes to bundle invoices, only the total amount will show when applying the invoice. QBO treats a bundle invoice as a single unit rather than breaking down its components individually.

If you need to see individual credit notes on your invoices, consider creating separate line items for each component instead of using a bundle. For more details about creating and applying credit to your customers, see this article: Create and apply credit notes or delayed credits in QuickBooks Online.

Also, are you trying to create or apply the invoice when you mentioned that the assembled product didn't show any amount on the credit note? It can help us get on the same page and provide accurate resolution.
