On an invoice, how do you put an R in front of the Rate amount?

Let me share some information about how invoices work, ithedigitizer-gma.

Currently, we're the option to enter currency symbol before the rate amount is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. The currency symbol of South African will automatically show in the total and balance due amount. If you really need to show the symbol on each item or service rate, you can download the invoice and manually edit the details outside the program. Here's how:

1. Go to the Sales menu.
2. Select the Invoices tab, then locate the appropriate invoice.
3. Click the drop-down arrow in the Action column.
4. Choose Print, then click the Download icon.
5. Edit the downloaded invoice, then send it to your customer.
