Currently, there's no ongoing investigation about invoice transactions that can't be saved. In the meantime, to identify if this issue is a browser-related concern, I recommend performing some basic troubleshooting steps by logging into Incognito mode or a Private browser. Feel free to follow these shortcut keys:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
Then, try to save your created invoice. If this works, clear the cache or your regular browser to remove the accumulated data. Please note that you have the option to exclude the Password and other sign-in data in the Advanced column when clearing the cache. It might be you're used to logging into your account without typing your passwords.
If the issue persists, utilize another supported browser or device. It might be that the current one you're using has a temporary issue with the program.
