Tax number not on invoice

I'll help ensure you'll be able to see the tax number, @-isfpumps-co-za.

You can customise your invoice template to show the tax number. This will give you tools to personalise and add specific info to sales forms.

Here's how:

1. Tap the Gear icon, then Custom form styles.
2. Press New and select Invoice from the drop-down menu. For existing templates, click Edit beside the template.
3. Go to the Content tab.
4. Click the Header section on the invoice.
5. Select Customer VAT number box.
6. Press Done once finished.

If it's already set up and the tax number is still not showing, you can log in to your account using a private window. Unexpected issues in QuickBooks are sometimes affected by the amount of data stored in the cache. 

The private window will not save any history, so it's a great place to identify issues in the browser. Use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N  
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If it works, clear the browser's cache. This removes the history or logs files so you can start with a clean slate. I also recommend switching to a different browser.
