Question

Want to post an invoice to remind me to pay end of month BUT DO NOT WANT TO ENTER A NEW SUPPLIER. This is a once off. Can i do this

I have some information about creating a reminder. Creating a reminder to pay a vendor is only available in QBO Advanced. If you're using other QBO version, you can use the recurring transactions to set a reminder list. This way, you're able to get a reminder prompt in the program.

 

Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to Gear at the top.
  2. Select Recurring transactions.
  3. Click New. Choose the transaction type.
  4. Hit OK. Fill-in the bill details.
  5. Tap Save template.
