Welcome to the Community! I've come to share some information about creating a service invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Do you need to track services rendered to your clients? In QBO, you can add the product or service you’re selling to an invoice. If you need to keep track of the service date, switch on the Service Date option in your settings.
Here's how:
Click the Gear icon.
Choose Account and settings.
Select the Sales tab, then go to the Sales form content section.
Turn on the Service date option.
Click Save, then Done.
Once done, you'll see a new Service date column to your invoices.
