A recurring transaction will be automatically sent to a client if you've set it to Scheduled and tick on Automatically send emails. Let me show you how to change the Type of a recurring transaction and edit the details on it.
Go to Gear icon and select Recurring transactions.
Select the recurring transaction template by clicking on Edit located on the drop-down menu.
On Type drop-down menu, you can select Unscheduled or Reminder.
On Options, you can untick Automatically send emails.
You can edit the details on the recurring transaction if needed.
